KCOutlet.com Return Policy
KC Outlet Co. strives to serve you with good quality merchandise and friendly customer support. However, in the event you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at returns@KCOutlet.com with an item description and the reason for return or exchange. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. Please read through our return policy below.
Standard Returns
- If you are not pleased with your purchase please send an e-mail to returns@kcoutlet.com with the name and item number of your item(s) and the reason for return. We will respond with further instructions.
- We must receive your item back within 30 days of delivery of the item (the date UPS marks as delivered). Please allow us 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.
- We suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer is responsible for paying all costs related to shipping returns.
- After we have received, inspected, and approved for a refund the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item(s) less the original shipping fee to the credit card or PayPal account originally used. A restocking fee of up to 20% will apply to select oversized items.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please e-mail us at returns@kcoutlet.com. We will reply with further instructions and try to get you the item you want.
- Merchandise returned for the purpose of exchange must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery (the date UPS marks as delivered).
Damaged/Defective Merchandise
We inspect our merchandise before it is shipped to ensure you receive quality products. If your item(s) turns out to be defective or was damaged in shipping, please contact us at returns@kcoutlet.com. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery (the date UPS marks as delivered).
** We must receive your returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery (the date UPS marks as delivered). Items received after the 30-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
KCOutlet.com Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped out in 1-4 business days from the time your order is placed.
If we determine that any part of your order will not ship within the time promised, we will notify you via email before the last promised date.
To ensure that your order arrives quickly and in good condition, KC Outlet Co. ships all online orders by UPS only. At checkout you may choose which UPS delivery service you prefer- from UPS Next Day Air to UPS Worldwide Express Plus. Shipping costs will vary depending on which UPS shipping service you choose.
UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please enter a valid street address when entering your shipping information. KC Outlet will not process orders for shipping when a P.O. Box address is given.
